The cold wind was quite off-putting. The testsurant could have invested in patio gas heaters to combat the chilly wind. They did have blankets behind two of the chairs, but the patio gas heaters would have been wonderful.

Fine dining at its best! Delicious cuisine, warm company, and impeccable service. Plus, a fantastic play area for kids. 9/10 - highly recommended!

The Old Oak offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for both special occasions and family outings. We had a wonderful time with our infant, thanks to the incredibly child-friendly environment, including ample space for our stroller. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made excellent menu recommendations. The food was spectacular, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Overall, The Old Oak provided a relaxing, pampering dining experience that’s both delightful and accommodating for families. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Delicious food, warm service and pleasant atmosphere. The only thing I struggled with was making a booking initially via phone/email because no one was responding to either channel so I had to physically go to the restaurant to reserve a table. Special mention goes to Tumelo who helped me with the booking. Other than that, I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant has so much potential but definitely not there yet. The food was good but not amazing. For the price of the menu I expected more. The service was not good. There were more waiters than clients and we struggled to get service. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The facilities are great and has a good kids play area.
